VERSE:
He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the LORD, “He is my refuge and my fortress; My God, in Him I will trust.” Psalm 91:1-2
THOUGHT:
There are deadlines to meet. You have a list of to-dos to check off. And there places you have to be. It is easy to get caught up in –and overwhelmed by– our obligations. It is easy to feel separated from God, our refuge and fortress. God is always there, but we need to actively place ourselves in His care. The “secret place of the Most High” can be a sanctuary from pressures without and within. Let us put our trust in God.
